Monthly Table
Monthly Table
The Monthly Table shows all your work records day by day for the selected period. It's the second tab at the bottom of the app.
What Each Row Shows
- Date — day of the month with a day-of-week indicator
- Clock-in and clock-out times — when you started and finished work
- Break time — total break duration for the day
- Worked hours — total hours worked (minus breaks)
- Overtime — extra hours beyond your daily target
- Earnings — calculated wage for the day (if hourly rate is set)
- Day type — icon or color indicating the record type (regular work, vacation, sick leave, etc.)
- Project and activity — assigned project and activity names
Public holidays are automatically highlighted based on your profile's country setting.
Navigating Between Months
Use the left/right arrows at the top to move between months. Tap the reset button to jump back to the current month.
Quick Action Buttons
Tap the action menu to access quick-add options:
- Add record — create a new work record for any day
- Bulk setup — add the same record type across multiple days at once (great for entering a week of vacation)
- Add note — attach a note to a specific day
- Export / Work report — generate a report for the current period
- Add break — quickly add a break record
- Add vacation — create a vacation day (or submit a work request if connected to a company)
- Transfer overtime — carry over excess hours from the previous month
Interacting with Records
- Tap any day to open the record editor where you can view or modify all details
- Swipe a record to access quick actions like delete or duplicate
Tip: Use the table settings (gear icon) to customize which columns are visible and how worked hours are displayed — merged or separated.
