App Settings
Access settings from the side menu. The settings screen lets you configure the app's appearance, behavior, and data management.
Display
- Theme — choose between Light, Dark, or System Default (follows your device's theme)
- Language — select from 20+ languages, or use System Default to match your device language
- Time format — 24-hour (14:30) or 12-hour (2:30 PM) display
- Industrial time — display hours in decimal format (e.g., 7.5 instead of 7:30), commonly used in payroll systems
Timer Settings
- Countdown mode — timer counts down from your daily target instead of counting up
- Show edit form after counting — automatically open the record editor when you stop the timer
- Break as separate record — create individual record entries for each break instead of a single break duration
- Sum break time in new record — when creating a new record, include break time from break records
- Dynamic Island (iOS) — show the running timer in the Dynamic Island
- Lock Screen counter (iOS) — display elapsed time on your Lock Screen
Notifications
Configure which notifications you receive:
- Work start — reminder to start tracking at your usual time
- Work end — alert when you've reached your daily target
- Overtime alert — notification when you exceed your planned hours
- Break time reminder — reminder to take a break
- Break end reminder — alert when your break time is over
- Daily summary — end-of-day summary of hours worked
- Missed punch — alert if no record was created for a work day
- Inactivity reminder — notification if you haven't tracked time for 3+ days
- Hide all notifications — master switch to silence everything
Backup & Data
- Automatic backup — enable daily automatic backups of your data
- Create backup — manually save a backup file to your device
- Restore backup — load data from a previously saved backup file
- Dropbox backup — connect to Dropbox for cloud backup storage
- Google Drive backup — connect to Google Drive for cloud backup storage
- Clear holiday cache — refresh public holiday data for your country
Account
- Unsynced events — shows how many local changes haven't been synced to the cloud yet
- Cloud sync status — current sync connection state
- Online-only mode — work directly with cloud data without a local cache
- Sign out — log out of your account (with confirmation)
