Activities
Activities represent the types of work you perform — for example, Programming, Meetings, Administration, Client Calls, or Research. Each work record can be assigned to one activity.
Creating an Activity
- Go to Activities from the side menu.
- Tap the + button.
- Enter the activity name (must be unique).
- Save.
Managing Activities
- Edit — tap an activity to rename it
- Archive — hide activities you no longer use from the dropdown. Archived activities are still visible in historical records and statistics.
- Delete — permanently remove an activity
Using Activities
Assign an activity when creating or editing a work record using the Activity dropdown. Activities work independently of projects — you can use just projects, just activities, or both together.
Activity Statistics
View your activity statistics in the Annual Statistics screen by selecting the Activities tab. This shows how your time is distributed across different types of work each month.
Tip: Activities are great for understanding how you spend your time. Are you spending 60% of your time in meetings? Activity tracking will show you that clearly in the annual overview.
